This test program is being conducted by StrataVista to investigate Condor's  CypherText© technology as a Windows-based secure messaging system for the US Federal Government.  If you use a Windows 10 or 11 based PC, laptop or tablet and an Android or iPhone (to scan QR coded messages) you can ask to participate with no obligation.
 

Condor is a local, "desktop" app and runs only on your Windows computer. It does not install any monitoring or remote access software or anything on your agency's servers or cloud. It has been certified as authentic and unchanged from the version filed on November 18,2022 by Sectigo, Limited, a software industry regulator. They validated StrataVista as a legitimate business entity and Condor as a safe download.
